This concerns a joint open procedure for the supply of mainly dissolved cytostatics for five different hospitals, AZ Rivierenland, University Hospital Antwerp, AZ Sint-Jozef Malle, AZ Monica and AZ Klina.
The tenderer will supply and invoice each hospital separately, in accordance with the agreements in these specifications.

- AZ Sint-Jozef Malle, Oude liersebaan 4, in 2390 Malle,
- AZ Klina, pharmacy service (Loskade 1), Augustijnslei 100, in 2930 Brasschaat.
