Description:
Delivery and installation of an emergency power generator of 1000Kva

See II.2.4

This contract includes the delivery, installation, connection and commissioning of emergency power units with the following specifications:

- Prime power (PRP according to ISO 8528) of min. 1 000 kVA / 800 kW

- Emergency power (LTP according to ISO 8528) of min. 1 100 kVA / 880 kW

- Voltage: 3 x 400 Vac + N

- Frequency: 50 Hz

- Grid system: TN-S

- Frequency stability (stable regime): +/- 0.25%

- Performance class according to ISO 8528/5: G3

The emergency power generator must ensure the energy supply without manual intervention in the event of absence of the mains voltage.

Once this absence is detected, the emergency power generator must start up and reach its regime speed within 10 seconds. Then 70% of the load can be switched on suddenly.

The emergency power unit is supplied with an 11-A CE certificate which implies that the installations comply with the applicable specific requirements and in particular with all applicable European directives (or with their transposition into national legislation), as appropriate:

- The Machinery Directive 2006/42 / EC and amendments;

- The Low Voltage Directive 2006/95 / EC and amendments;

- The "Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC)" Directive 2004/108 / EC and amendments;

- And the subsequent additions and changes as published in the EU Official Journal.

For the emergency power generator, an EC declaration of conformity must be sent to the Annex II

Machine directive must be delivered.

- The contractor hands the client a "CE declaration of conformity" according to these regulatory provisions.

- The manufacturer supplies an original instruction manual of the emergency power units in the language of the manufacturers and a translation of the instruction manual into Dutch.

The emissions from the diesel engine meet the Vlarem emission requirements and this for permanently installed aggregates with> than 100 and

The aggregate will:

- serve as emergency hospital food

- will be used to support the public network and will therefore be implemented in accordance with Synergrid requirements.

The noise emissions caused by the aggregate will be limited in accordance with the applicable laws, standards and regulations Flemish Region VLAREM II and local regulations.
