The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of air heat pump installations for CO and DHW used to supply buildings with thermal energy for the purpose of heating the building and heating hot water on residential buildings in the Municipality of Węgierska Górka - the first package - as part of the project entitled: "Clean energy - clean environment, renewable energy sources for individual farms from the municipality of Węgierska Górka and the Municipality of Wisła", co-financed under the Regional Operational Programme of the Silesian Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for the priority axis: IV. Corrective actions in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic - REACT-EU for action: 14.3. Renewable energy sources – REACT-EU.
2. As part of the part of the contract No. 8, the Contractor will be obliged to:
1) preparation of design and as-built documentation by authorized persons;
2) delivery of equipment in accordance with the design documentation;
3) installation of the heat pump system for CO and DHW (ground and air pumps) along with the delivery and installation of solar instrumentation and piping;
4) connection of the heat pump installation to the CO and DHW network of buildings;
5) configuration of the monitoring system application;
6) perform appropriate tests and measurements and draw up protocols;
7) acceptance of works.
3. Details of the scope of the subject of this contract specify - for part of the contract No. 8 - specifies Annex No. 8h to the SWZ - Description of the Subject of the Contract - for part of the contract No. 8, and the requirements for the execution of the contract Annex No. 9 to the SWZ - Draft contract.
4. The Contractor is also obliged to prepare the necessary documents for each user to connect the installation to the power, water and sewage network or CO and DHW.
5. The Contractor is responsible for the installation and connection through an authorized installer who will guarantee the correct performance of the order, including the installation and operation of the installation while meeting the safety of the installation and cooperation with the water and sewage network or CO and DHW.
6. The Contractor shall, in order, perform the marking of the installation with information plates, regarding the source of financing for the investment. The delivery of the plates belongs to the Ordering Party.
7. The Contractor is obliged to agree in advance at least a week with the Contracting Authority and the owners of the individual property the date of commencement of work and the arrangement of the equipment on each property, respectively. The organisation of the work must take into account the specifics of the object and the resulting The work should be arranged so that the nuisance of the work carried out is the least and provides security for the residents of the property.
8. Supplied and fitted installations and equipment referred to in paragraph 1 shall be the property of the Contracting Authority.
