Item 1: cleaning of the basic and secondary school buildings: rooms, courtyards and sidewalks, carpets and consumables. Including:

- cleaning and supervision staff,

- the Expendables,

- the necessary equipment,

- management of entrance mats,

- waste management to the school's containers (including PMCs - cardboard paper).

Item 2: Provisioning.

This contract also includes hours of delivery. The bidder is required to quote in its bid the price of one hour of service for any weekday service on Saturdays and Sundays.

Item 1: Cleaning windows and frames of all buildings located in Verviers, rue de Francorchamps 12, rue Bidaut 2 and 14, rue de France 1, once a year, in summer.

Station 2: window cleaning service. The tenderer mentions in his bid the price of one hour of delivery.
