The subject of the contract is the service of manual segregation of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, pre-segregated waste "at source", tearing and emptying glass from bags, the service of preparing and loading waste for their transport and cleaning work service at the Regional Waste Recovery Center, including the selection of bags from biodegradable waste.
I. The subject of the contract is the purchase of manual segregation of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, pre-segregated waste "at source", tearing and emptying glass from bags, preparation and loading of waste for their transport and cleaning work service at the Regional Center for Waste Recovery, including the selection of bags from biodegradable waste at 108 Białobrzeska Street in Krosno by unqualified manual workers, working in shifts (two shifts) from Monday to Friday in an amount providing 20 times full-time work (8 hours a day) each month. In a one-shift system on Saturday in an amount providing 20 times full-time work (8 hours a day) each month. The Ordering Party reserves the right to resign from work on Saturday. Based on the experience of the Ordering Party in previous years, work on Saturday was provided from April to October.
II. additional requirements
1) Social clause (concerning employment under an employment contract) referred to in Article 95(1) of the PPL
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing services on the basis of an employment contract:
a) manual segregation of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste, pre-sorted waste "at source",
(b) preparing and loading waste for transport,
c) cleaning works at the Regional Waste Recovery Centre, including tearing and emptying of biodegradable waste from bags.
2). The social aspect referred to in Article 96(2)(2)(e) of the PPL Act
The ordering party requires employment to complete the order min. 10 people with at least a mild disability throughout the entire period of the contract.
The provisions in this respect are governed by paragraph 8 of Part II of the SWZ- Model of the Agreement.
