See point 1.1.1 for a description of the participants in the procurement.
Estimated volume for four years: Lier Municipality including Lier Church Council: NOK 80 million - Øvre Eiker Municipality: NOK 30 million
The maximum total value over four years is NOK 110 million excluding VAT.
The procurement is estimated to be over the EEA threshold value. The volume does not guarantee call-offs and can be both higher or lower, and among other things, will depend on the contracting authority's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors.
See the procurement documents for further information.
Amendment clause
The contracting authority has a unilateral option to extend the framework agreement's maximum volume of NOK 110 million excluding VAT by 20% without involving a significant change to the framework agreement.
Lot
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered splitting the contract in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
Framework agreement
The procurement will be regulated by the attached framework agreement.
The framework agreement has a duration from and including 04.10.2021 until and including 03.10.2023 with the opportunity for the contracting authority to further extend the contract for up to two years, 12 months at a time.
The contracting authority will enter into contract with three suppliers, as long as a sufficient number of qualified suppliers submit offers.
The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
