IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERVENTION PROGRAMS FOR RESIDENTIAL CARE AND DAY CARE, AIMED AT MINORS WITH PROTECTION MEASURES IN CENTERS FOR MINORS PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTING ENTITY. 10 PLACES
The needs that are sought to be met through this contract are:
(a) To receive, in residential care, minors subject to the measure of guard or guardianship by the public institution for the protection of minors, when it is not possible or is not in their interest to integrate into a family.
(b) Provide the family support measure of daytime care for minors in order to provide them with a series of socio-educational and family support services, aimed at promoting their standardization process.
(c) To cover the basic needs of minors with a protective measure or in need of immediate attention, and provide them with appropriate care, education and training, in order to promote the full development of all facets of their personality.
(d) Carry out an individualized intervention with minors and, if applicable, their families of origin, in order to promote the proper integration of children into their own families or, if this is not possible, in an alternative family, or to prepare them for independent life.
(e) Provide a positive socialization context for minors who must comply with a measure of coexistence with a family or educational group imposed pursuant to Organic Law 5/2000 of 12 January on prison responsibility for minors, through their temporary coexistence with an educational group that fulfills the role of the family in which respects the development of prosocioemotional patterns in the minor person.
