1. The subject of the order is the provision of order and cleanliness services at the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Warsaw and four Delegations. The order was divided into 5 parts (tasks):

task 1: Employer's seat - ul. Bartycka 110A, 00-760 Warsaw,

Task 2: Regional Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Ciechanów - ul. Strażacka 6, 06-400 Ciechanów;

Task 3: Regional Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Ostrołęka - ul. Targowa 4, 07-412 Ostrołęka;

Task 4: Regional Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Radom - ul. Pułaskiego 9A, 26-600 Radom;

Task 5: Regional Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Minsk Mazowiecki - pl. Kilińskiego 10, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki, POLAND. Employer pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Act, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing order and cleanliness services (manual workers performing cleaning services at the Ordering Party) under the employment contract in accordance with the conditions set out in the detailed description of the subject of the contract and the contract.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR.

The subject of the order is to maintain order and cleanliness at the office of WIOŚ in Warsaw, ul. Bartycka 110A, including in the area adjacent to the object, i.e. green areas, pavements, parking lots and access road. The subject of the contract is to maintain order and cleanliness of the building and the area belonging to the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Warsaw. Location: Delegatura in Ciechanów, 06-400 Ciechanów, ul. Strażacka 6. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the order is to maintain order and cleanliness in the building and the area belonging to the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Warsaw. Location: Delegation in Ostrołęka, ul. Targowa 4, 07-412 Ostrołęka. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is to maintain the order and cleanliness of buildings and land belonging to the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Warsaw. Location: Delegatury in Radom, 26-600 Radom ul. Pułaskiego 9A. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is to maintain order and cleanliness in the premises of the Provincial Inspectorate for Environmental Protection in Warsaw. Location: Delegation in Mińsk Mazowiecki, pl. Kilińskiego 10, 05-300 Mińsk Mazowiecki. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the ToR - Description of the subject of the contract.
