The subject matter of the framework contract are building inspections in accordance with the specifications of the specifications (Appendices 1 and 2 to the framework agreement).

The construction tests are divided into the following performance areas:

Power range 01: Bridges, noise barriers and other civil engineering structures, excluding traffic sign bridges

Performance range 02: Traffic sign bridges

The service areas are hereinafter also referred to as "lots" due to the specification of terms in this announcement form.

The conclusion of the framework agreements for the provision of the services specified in the specifications (Annexes 1 and 2 to the framework agreement) takes place by means of a so-called "open house procedure" (see Section VI.3 for more details and in the cover letter, which is available at the electronic address specified in Section I.3).

For each contractor, the framework agreement to be concluded shall individually include those service areas described in more detail in the service descriptions (Appendices 1 and 2 to the framework contract) for which the admission requirements were proven with the application for approval.

The framework agreement to be concluded includes the provision of services in the area of responsibility of those branch offices of the North Bavaria branch of the client for which a contractor has been approved on his application for approval.

Individual contracts awarded on the basis of the framework agreement concluded may include all services or only parts of one or more service areas for which a contractor has been approved.

The open house procedure runs from publication until 31.12.2024 and can be extended twice by 1 year each. Applications for authorisation and thus also the conclusion of a framework agreement can be made during the entire duration of the open-house procedure.

A framework agreement comes into force with the admission of an interested party and ends subject to extension option on 31.12.2024. The framework agreement can - analogous to the open house procedure - be extended twice until 31.12.2025 or 31.12.2026 due to the extension option.
