The subject of the Order is:
Construction of the Watchtower of the District Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Wadowice together with the Rescue and Firefighting Unit and accompanying infrastructure, roads, maneuvering yards, parking spaces, power generator and connection to the building, fence with entrance gates, wickets and barriers, development of green areas, utility sheds, small architecture rainwater tank, flagpole, demolition and construction of a teletechnical network, protection of the existing network energetics, retaining walls, construction of the exit.

1) building area – 2 415,74 m2,
2) internal usable area – 3 231.42m2,
3) number of above-ground storeys – 2
4) number of underground floors – 0
5) cubic capacity – 16 659,21m3,
6) height – 9.16 m

The task shall include in particular:
a) construction of a watchtower with infrastructure
b) construction of roads, maneuvering areas, parking spaces to the extent necessary for the functioning of the Unit
c) construction of a power generator with construction of a connection
d) construction of a fence with entrance gates, wickets and barriers.
(e) construction of a solid waste collection site
(f) landscaping
(g) the construction of farm shelters
h) construction of small architecture
(i) construction of a rainwater tank
(j) construction of a flagpole;
k) demolition and construction of telecommunication network
l) construction of protection of the existing energy network
(m) demolition and construction of the sanitary network
(n) construction of retaining walls
o) construction of connections: sanitary sewage system, rainwater sewage system, water supply, heating, energy, teletechnical,
p) execution of external installations: water supply, sanitary sewage system, rainwater drainage, telecommunication installation, area lighting
In addition, the task also includes:
a) organization, securing and development of the construction site,
b) preparation of as-built documentation with full and necessary measurements, certificates of conformity, technical approvals, declarations of conformity and other documents allowing for use on the materials and devices used, together with their list,
(c) the export of demolition materials which cannot be recovered to a place of storage in accordance with the provisions in force in this respect;
d) tidying up and restoring the premises and land to their original state after the completion of works
The Contracting Authority shall not reserve the obligation to personally perform key tasks for the performance of this order (in accordance with Article 60 of the Pzp Act).
The Contracting Authority allows the Subcontractor to entrust the performance of a part of the contract, provided that the Contractor personally performs at least 25% of the scope of the contract.
