The framework agreement commissions the design of new bridges, bridge repair planning, inspection of bridge plans, other unspecified expert services related to bridges, special inspections of bridges, diving inspections and design of quay structures between 2024 and 2026.

The framework agreement includes the design of new bridges, repair planning, inspection of bridge plans, other unspecified expert services related to bridges, special inspections of bridges, diving inspections and design of quay structures between 2024 and 2026.

The framework agreement includes, among others, the following preparation of plans and tasks in accordance with the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency's operating guidelines:

- design of new bridges

- bridge repair design

- inspection of bridge plans

- design of quay structures

- general inspections of bridges;

- special inspections of bridges;

- load-bearing capacity analyses of bridges

- sukellustarkastuksia

- acceptance checks on the bridge for investment works,

- maintenance of the skill structure register

- site service tasks for investment contracts, e.g. deck reinforcement inspections, etc.

- other unspecified expert services related to bridges

In addition, separate tasks related to bridges can be ordered through this framework agreement:

- research and development tasks;

- other non-specific expert services (feasibility studies, cost estimates, design audits, expert opinions, risk mapping, analyses, etc.);

- project secretarial duties, etc. Assistive tasks

The design includes all work phases from bridge design to detail design that serves construction. Illustration is also included in the design.

The framework agreement also includes the work planning of terrain model measurements and ground surveys.

Bridge plans are drawn up by modelling, and the model material created in the work is transferred to construction. In addition to the plan model, plans are also implemented in the traditional form.

The offer must apply to all of the above types of plans and tasks.

The framework agreement is made with four (4) consultants.

The agreement area covered by the framework agreement is the areas of North Ostrobothnia and Kainuu Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.

This framework agreement can be used in all similar tasks of the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY Centre of North Ostrobothnia). During the validity of the framework agreement, individual assignments may also be funded by regional councils, cities and municipalities in the ELY Centres, regions, regions and municipalities.
