The purpose of this contract is the subscription by the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure of a Multi-Risk Home Insurance of all homes (continent) owned by it of any class, nature and description, in accordance with the conditions specified in this specification, which are considered minimum.

This specification defines the characteristics of the buildings and homes owned by the Ministry of Development and Infrastructure of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia and the coverage of the multi-risk policy for its insurance.

Prescription 8 of the PPTP includes damage caused by:

- FIRE, EXPLOSION, IMPLOSION AND LIGHTNING STRIKE

- SMOKE DAMAGE

- FIREFIGHTING EXPENSES

- DEMOLITION AND DEBRIS REMOVAL COSTS.

- COSTS OF SALVAGE OF GOODS

-VANDALISM

- SHOCK, IMPACT AND SONIC WAVES

- ATMOSPHERIC PHENOMENA: RAIN, WIND, HAIL AND SNOW.

- FLOODING, DEMUDGING AND SLUDGE EXTRACTION

- WATER DAMAGE

- CIVIL LIABILITY, BONDS AND DEFENSE
