Buying food and basic necessities

The purpose of the procurement is to the authorities of the City of Tallinn and to the authorities administered by the authorities and to foundations with the participation of the City of Tallinn and to the company, who have joined the public procurement, and to the company to purchase food and essential goods on favourable terms by retail sale, in accordance with the conditions set out in the basic documents of the public procurement.
