The subject of the order is the successive delivery of single-use equipment along with the lease of equipment and system for the purposes of treatments and cardiovascular diagnostics by task. The order was divided into 2 parts (tasks):

— Task No 1: successive delivery to the office of the contracting authority of single use equipment and equipment for carrying out cryoablation procedures, including the lease of cryoconsole with gas cylinders for cryoablation procedures,

— Task No 2: Successive delivery to the office of the contracting office of single-use medical equipment in the field of RF ablation with lease of electroanatomical (impedance and electromagnetic) system for three-dimensional mapping together with cooling pump and generator and test system Electrophysiological diagnostic stimulator with fluoroscopy image acquisition with RF generator.

Subjects of the order are successive deliveries to the office of the ordering person of single-use equipment and equipment for performing cryoablation procedures along with the lease of cryoconsole with gas cylinders for cryoablation procedures. Detailed description of the object of the contract: Annex 2 to SWZ — price and technical form for task No 1 and Annex 4 template contract for task No 1.
