1. The subject of the contract is the supply of poultry and poultry sausages to the War Studies Academy.
3. The order includes successive delivery of poultry and poultry sausages according to assortments
and in the quantities specified in Annex No. 1A. to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Contract.
4. The Ordering Party guarantees an order at the level of 50% of the gross contract value.
5. The Contractor shall deliver products bearing only marks, attestations and authorisations allowing these products to be marketed;
