It is a facility with two crèche groups, two kindergarten groups, and another group that can be adapted as flexibly as possible to needs, such as age mix or integration. The building complex should be arranged in such a way that synergy effects (shared rooms, outdoor facilities, technology, etc.) can be achieved.

A current rough cost forecast puts the costs of KG 100-700 at approx. EUR 10 million gross. As part of the procedure, the services of the service profile buildings and interiors are awarded in stages. The services are to be started following the procedure. The rough schedule envisages the start of services following the procedure around November 2023. Completion/handover to the municipality is scheduled for December 2027 and commissioning in February 2028. This is a "maximum" schedule, an earlier commissioning is to be sought.
