The market is broken down into two successive phases (not comparable to tranches). The market includes, in accordance with Articles L. 2112-2 to L. 2112-4 of the Public Order Code, a section for the integration of people with social or professional difficulties, described in Article 8.3 of the CCAP.

The award procedure for this contract is separated into two successive and distinct phases:

- a first phase of selection of candidates (currently in progress),

- a second phase of selection of the winning group upon submission of the final offer.
