Oulun Energia has started the construction of a new power plant that produces electricity, district heat and industrial process steam. The investment includes a 215 MW biofuel power plant located in the Laanila industrial park area.

The purpose of this acquisition is the purchase of a steel structure contract for the power plant. The contract is executed as a unit price contract. The contract includes planned procurement and installation work. The purchase will not be subdivided because it is not economically and technically feasible. The preliminary start date for construction is July 2019. The complete works for the steel structure contract must be completed on 27.2.2020. The reception of the power plant will be in November 2020.

This acquisition is about that. steel structure contract, including handrails, steel platforms, steel stairs, pipe bridges and steel frames for buildings, as well as related ancillary duties, auxiliary work and work management as unit price contracts.
