Description:
The provision of property protection services in the field of protection of facilities of the Property Management Facility in the Wola District in 2022.

The subject of the contract is the provision of a property protection service for the protection of the facilities of the Property Management Department in the Wola District in 2022.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in the provisions of the public procurement agreement, which is an integral part of the SWZ.

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the contract provisions forming an integral part of the SWZ.

The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor or Subcontractor employ persons carrying out the performance of the contract pursuant to Article 22 (1) of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended), i.e. in particular persons directly performing the performance of the order.

The method of verification of employment shall be determined by the proposed provisions of the contract which are an integral part of the SWZ.

I. SERVICES PROTECTION of physical property and vision monitoring services, i.e. receiving signals from a supervised site by means of an alarm system from cameras and taking actions in accordance with established procedures at the 6 premises of the Property Management Department in the Wola District Warsaw in the period from 30.11.2021 from 14.00 to 30.11.2022 to 14.00 ZGN and TZOM-y, on the property of Piaskowa Street 7 from 01.01.2022 from 0.00 to 30.11.2022 until 14:00.

Scope of protection of persons and property: objects of the Department of Real Estate Management

in the Wola District of Warsaw near:

1st Gen. Józefa Bema Street 70 (building: 6th storey, no elevator).

2. Ciołka 33 Street — TZOM Ciołka (building: 3rd storeys, no elevator).

3rd Wawelberga Street 15 — TZOM Młynów (building: 3rd storeys, no elevator).

4. Novolipki Street 16 — TZOM Nowolipki (building: 3rd storeys, no elevator).

5th Garden Street 28/30 - TZOM Ogrodowa (building: 3rd storeys, no elevator).

6. Piaskowa Street 7 (U7 located on the ground floor of the apartment building)

Total usable area of the above objects: 4526.07 m2

1. The time of service by the employee (physical protection) in ZGN 70 Bema Street from 6.00 to 20.00, on TZOM from 6.00 to 18.00 from Monday to Friday (except for holidays). In addition, it is necessary to include in the price on each of the 5 objects of 5 duty by the employee (physical protection) in so-called “emergencies” (failures, repairs, etc.) at 6.00 to 20.00.

2. Security monitored 24/7 hours a day.
