Nottinghamshire County Council procured a Framework Agreement for the provision of equipment based solutions for people with care and support needs in Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City). The Framework is configured in the following lots:

Lot 1 - Stairlifts

Lot 2 - Ceiling Track Hoists

Lot 3 - Through Floor / Vertical Lifts

Lot 4 - Step Lifts

Lot 5 - Modular Ramps

Suppliers under this Framework Agreement will be responsible for the purchasing, installation and warranty of equipment in line with the requirements of the specification.

In addition to Nottinghamshire County Council, the Framework Agreement will also be available for use by the following councils:

• Ashfield District Council

• Bassetlaw District Council

• Broxtowe Borough Council

• Gedling Borough Council

• Mansfield District Council

• Newark & Sherwood District Council

• Rushcliffe Borough Council

The duration of the Framework Agreement is 3 years with the potential to extend for up to a further 2 years, making the maximum potential term of the Framework Agreement 5 years.

The estimated value of the Framework Agreement is £5,000,000 per year, however there is no guaranteed spend.

Purchasing, installation and warranty of ceiling track hoists in line with the requirements of the specification.

Purchasing, installation and warranty of through floor / vertical lifts in line with the requirements of the specification.

Purchasing, installation and warranty of modular ramps in line with the requirements of the specification.
