The purpose of the thematic plan of the county plan and the assessment of relevant social, cultural, economic and environmental impacts, including the strategic environmental assessment (hereinafter: AKM (incl. KSH)), is to set national strategic land use priorities in the field of mineral exploration and extraction, including the designation of prospective areas based on the interest of the state and in cooperation with local government units for construction mineral resources and peat exploration areas and mining areas location, as well as the expansion of existing quarries, taking into account the relevant impacts. The thematic plan is prepared taking into account the objectives set out in the development document on the fundamentals of the earth's crust policy until 2050 for spatial planning of the use of earth's crust resources and ensuring security of supply. The object of this procurement is stage I of the topic plan - preparation and feedback of the initial positions of the topic plan and the AKM program. The next steps are procured separately.
