The subject of the tender and the subsequent award of the contract is the conclusion of framework agreements for the order authorization and delivery of electronic electricity meters. The client reserves the right to award the contract to 2 bidders. The award will then be made to the two best placed bidders, with a 60% share of the bidder's bid with the most economically advantageous bid based on the award criteria and 40% of the total bidder bid with the second lowest bid bid based on the award criteria.
