The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities carried out through the men's football team participating in competitions for the championship of Ekstraklasa or I Liga, in the 2021/2022 playmaking season, according to schedule of the Polish Football Association, which during all football matches played in the host role will perform in Gdynia.

1. The subject of the contract is the promotion service of the Municipality of Gdynia and the Gdynia Sports Centre of the budget unit and its activities carried out through the men's football team participating in competitions for the championship of Ekstraklasa or I Liga (hereinafter referred to as “Team”), during the season 2021/2022, according to the schedule of the Polish Football Association, which during all football matches played in the host role will be performed in Gdynia.

2. Deadline for completion of the order: from the date of conclusion of the contract to the date of completion of the championship of Ekstraklasa or I Liga in the season 2021/2022, played in the first half of 2022, according to the schedule of the Polish Football Association.

3. Place of execution of the order: the venue of the Polish Ekstraklasa or the 1st Football League, including in the role of host at the stadium located in Gdynia.
