Open procedure, pursuant to Article 123, paragraph 1 and Article 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the award of the contract relating to the final and executive design, supplies and works necessary for the construction of the Policlinico / Sestu connection of the light rail in the vast area of Cagliari. The total amount of the contract, as per the economic framework, including costs for safety and charges for the final and executive design and excluding taxes, amounts to € 35,332,600.00 of which:

Amount for the execution of the work, subject to reduction € 33.574.800,00

Amount for the final design, subject to reduction € 625,500.00

Amount for the executive design, subject to reduction € 307,100.00

Security costs (not subject to reduction) € 825.200,00

Therefore, the amount of the contract subject to reduction is equal to € 34,507,400.00, while the amount not subject to reduction is equal to € 825,200.00.

For the purposes of the qualification of Economic Operators, in compliance with Annex A to art. 61 of Presidential Decree No. 207/2010, the works are classified as follows:
