This contract is a composite public contract, consisting of:

- Part of an ordinary public contract at a global and fixed price, for the maintenance services listed in the Cctp,

- As part of a mixed single-award framework agreement, pursuant to articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, for the services listed in the Cctp and:

o Executed as and when purchase orders issued by the contracting authority (cf Bpu),

o Executed as and when subsequent contracts are concluded with the licensee (supply of seasonal plants).

the framework agreement part is concluded without minimum, and with a maximum of EUR 300 000,00 HT for each lot, for the entire duration of the contract, including renewals.
