The object of the contract is the supply of furniture for early childhood, nursery and primary schools. The services are described in the CCTP common to all the lots.

Duration of the contract: it is concluded for an initial period of one year from 3.4.2021 or from its date of notification if it is subsequently renewable three times one year by tacit agreement. The modalities are specified in the CCAP.

Optional tranche: not applicable.

Procedure: AOO.

The contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement concluded without minimum and without maximum. The framework agreement will be implemented as the order forms are issued.

Estimated amount: the average annual expenditure for the last four years is:

- lot 1: 16,000 EUR excluding tax.

Note: the redevelopment of an elementary school on 1 re year of the contract, ie approximately EUR 60,000 excluding VAT.

- lot 2: EUR 15,000 excluding tax.

Supply of furniture for schools, leisure centers and catering.

Supply of early childhood furniture.
