County road no. 3068 Lingelemveien is to be improved and a two-sided pavement and cycle lane is to be constructed. In addition the current junction at Ringveien - Lingelemveien is to be altered to a roundabout.

Sandefjord Municipality will renew the water and sewage installations on the same stretch.

New street lights will be established in Lingelemveien and at the roundabout.

The work will be carried out as a joint project where Vestfold and Telemark County and Sandefjord Municipality are the contracting authority and builder for their part of the project.
