Open procedure for the supply of n° 5 (five) electric traction vehicles for the transport of passengers with reduced mobility at the airport – Leonardo da Vinci Fiumicino Airport and G.B Airport "Pastine di Ciampino- CIG 9192455DD4.

Supply contract

Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. (Contracting Station) carries out this tender procedure in the name and on behalf of its subsidiary ADR Assistance S.r.l. Unipersonale (Client), with registered office in Via Pier Paolo Racchetti n.1, 00054 Fiumicino (RM) Italy, which will conclude the contract with the successful tenderer.

The amount of the contract for the supply of 5 (five) electric traction vehicles is equal to € 1,500,406.06 of which:

- €. 1,500,000.00: as a "tailor-made" amount, based on auction, for the supply of 5 ambulift vehicles with electric traction;

- € 406.06: as a "tailor-made" amount, not subject to a reduction, for security charges from DUVRI.

The contract cannot be divided into lots due to the need for ADR Assistance S.r.l. to have a uniformity of the fleet, also by virtue of the peculiarity and specificity of the maintenance activities.

The estimated amount of the contract referred to in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 shall also include any full exercise of the option referred to in point II.2.11.

The duration of the contract referred to in point II.2.7 shall be net of the delivery time of any means required by exercising the option referred to in point II.2.11.
