The location of the District Sports Complex (BSA) South is made up of several objects. The subject of this tender are the planning services (building project planning) for the sports hall (G2124) and the changing room (G2125). The other buildings are not part of the service.
The sports hall was built in 1978 and is a cubic, single-storey building with a floor area of approximately 1 215 m
The dressing room was built in 1975 and is largely a two-storey flat roof building with a floor area of approximately 1 210 m
For athletes, the hall is accessed via the dressing building connected to the northeast. Access for visitors is via a south-west extension, which also serves as a porch. The truss is made up of nail plate trusses supported on reinforced concrete columns. On the east side there is a four-row grandstand system in the hall, which is delimited from the playing field by means of a gang. The changing room is accessed from two sides.
Building pollutants were identified as part of the creation of a pollutant register. Pollutant remediation is outsourced and carried out.
The renovation measures of the sports hall will not be carried out in accordance with the current MVStättVO (model meeting place regulation). The overall renovation of the changing building should be carried out while maintaining the curvature.
As part of the measure, accessibility and fire protection must be established. There is currently no second structural escape route for the escape from the upper floor of the changing room.
Construction costs (KG 300 and 400) are currently assumed to be approx. EUR 3.71 gross (provisional assumption of costs).
