The aim of the procurement is to cover the contracting authority's need for consultancy services within the field 'operations-independent consultancy services (ICT) - security'.

The estimated amount under the framework agreement period will be between NOK 2 million and NOK 2.25 million excluding VAT a year, which is equivalent to between NOK 8 million and NOK 9 million for the entire contract period (including option years). The estimate is based on previous procurements, with consideration to the number of municipalities. The maximum financial limit for the framework agreement during the entire contract period (including option years) is NOK 11.25 million excluding VAT. The scope is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. This maximum financial limit has been set in order to ensure necessary limits if the needs are greater than expected.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer for the assignment. The framework agreement period is 2 years. The contracting authority has an option to extend the framework agreement for a further one year + one year, a total maximum of four years.
