1. The subject of the contract is the supply of a steam sterilizer for the needs of the Independent Public Health Care Institution in Mońki.

3. The Ordering Party shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders.
1) The Ordering Party shall allow solutions equivalent to those described in the tender specifications (SWZ);
2) The Contractor who in the offer refers to solutions equivalent to those described by the Ordering Party is obliged to demonstrate that the solutions offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party in the tender specifications;
3) Whenever in this SWZ in the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications, technical reference systems, it is assumed that such indications are accompanied by the words "or equivalent";
4) By the word equivalent, the Ordering Party means a product with parameters not inferior to those described in the swz in question, i.e. with parameters equal or better than those given in the description of the subject of the contract, and to assess their equivalence will take into account only those parameters that are given in the description of the subject of the contract.
5) The Indication by the Ordering Party of the brand or trade name determines the class of the product being the subject of the order and serves to determine the standard, and does not indicate a specific product or a specific manufacturer.
