The purpose of this contract is to carry out programming studies as part of the construction project of the Lxx building on the IFPEN - Lyon site. The mission consists exclusively of the implementation of the various studies and diagnoses intended to develop a detailed functional, technical and environmental program according to the various points listed in articles 3.3.3 1 et seq. of the CCTP. The Programmatic Study conducted must incorporate the economic constraints related to the project and set out in Article 1.10 of the CCTP. Finalized and unreservedly accepted by IFPEN, this program is intended to be submitted during the ensuing competition procedure for the selection of the project manager and the real estate project

The mission consists of the realization and presentation of a technical, functional and environmental program of the future construction identified for the moment by the terms Lxx and whose main themes are referred to in article 3.3.3 of the CCTP. On the basis of the detailed technical program and the provisional financial envelope, IFPEN will be able to pilot a project management competition in order to select the real estate project and its author best suited to the programmatic request expressed
