A framework agreement shall be signed for ICT equipment, digital meeting room equipment and associated services.

This includes:

— PCs,

— PC monitors,

— Projectors, smartboards and meeting room screens,

— Thin clients,

— Mobile units (mobile telephones, tablets etc.),

— Additional equipment for all the above mentioned equipment.

Services shall be offered for all products covered by the framework agreement, including delivery logistics, installation and set-up of workplaces or where the equipment is to be used. The equipment shall be rolled into the contracting authority's systems for licence counting and systems for operations and logistics, which are currently Snow and Microsoft SCCM. Otherwise the tenderer is free to propose systems for installation services.

Tenderers can have 1 or several sub-suppliers. However, the contracting authority would like only 1 contract partner and 1 point of contact for both deliveries and support for all products and services covered by the contract.
