Aalto University (hereinafter referred to as "Subscriber" or "Aalto University") requests a quote for an expert service on accessibility and usability.

To support its operations, Aalto University needs a partner who provides expert services for planning, evaluating, consulting, training and other support for the accessibility and usability of information systems and digital services/solutions/materials.

The object of procurement is the following specialists:

• Käytettävyysasiantuntijaa

• Käyttöliittymäsuunnittelijaa

• Saavutettavuusasiantuntijaa

A more detailed description of the object of the procurement can be found in Appendix 1 of the invitation to tender. "Description of the object of the acquisition", 2. "Claim Form" and 3. "Requirements and work experience of specialists".

This is a framework agreement, so all services are ordered with separate assignments and implemented as agreed in the framework agreement or order. The amount of work procured from the supplier varies according to the needs of Aalto University.

The contract is for a fixed period of up to four (4) years. Aalto University cannot commit to certain procurement volumes during the contract period.

The baseline of the entity to be acquired, the entity to be acquired and the objectives at the general level are described in Annex 1 to the call for tender “Description of the object of the acquisition”.
