A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the appendix to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the "OPZ"). The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract with due diligence and in accordance with the applicable law, including m.in resolutions of the Polanka Wielka Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Polanka Wielka Municipality and on the detailed method of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner municipal waste management; The above-mentioned resolutions are annexes to the Terms of Reference.

1. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the annex to the Terms of Reference (hereinafter referred to as the "OPZ").

2. The scope of the subject matter of the contract will include, m.in.:

1) collection and management of municipal waste from properties located in the Polanka Wielka Commune, where residents live, in 2024 - referred to in point 2 of the OPZ,

2) equipping the property with bags intended for waste collection – referred to in point 3 of the OPZ,

3) organizing and conducting a one-time action of a mobile selective waste collection point in the Polanka Wielka Municipality and equipping the points with containers for used batteries and expired medicines – referred to in point 4 of the OPZ,

4) organizing and running a stationary Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point – PSZOK – referred to in point 5 of the OPZ,

5) providing each property with a schedule for the collection of municipal waste covering the entire period of 2024 together with instructions/leaflets on the principles of waste segregation and return – referred to in point 6 of the OPZ,

6) compliance by the Contractor with the limits of collected/accepted waste – referred to in point 7 of the OPZ.

3. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject matter of the contract with due diligence and in accordance with the applicable law, including m.in resolutions of the Polanka Wielka Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Polanka Wielka Municipality and on the detailed method of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste in exchange for payment by the property owner municipal waste management fee; The above-mentioned resolutions are annexes to the Terms of Reference
