1) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of design documentation for the extension of the street in order to build sidewalks with accompanying infrastructure in selected locations of the city of Krakow. 2) The order was divided into 15 lots. 3) The Ordering Party described the subject of the contract with the following attachments: draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ (for all parts of the contract) and material scope with attachments, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ (for all parts of the contract).4) Required warranty period for all parts: min. The warranty period is 24 months. max. The warranty period is 36 months. 5) Delivery time for all part II: 16 months from the date of the contract.

1) The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the development of design documentation for the extension of the street in order to build sidewalks with accompanying infrastructure in selected locations of the city of Krakow: part 1: Łutnia street – from the intersection of 46 Łutnia street (store region) to plot No. 166 obr. 107 Podgórze.

2) The Ordering Party described the subject of the contract by means of the following attachments: draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and material scope together with attachments, constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ,

3) Required warranty period: min. The warranty period is 24 months. Max 36 months. Offers with a warranty period of less than 24 months will be rejected.

4) Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL, the Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract on the basis of an employment relationship.

5) Deadline for performance of the contract: 16 months from the date of conclusion of the contract.

6) Before submitting the bid, the Contractor is obliged to carry out an on-site inspection. Failure to carry out an on-site inspection by the Contractor will result in the rejection of its bid in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law.

6) Before submitting the bid, the Contractor is obliged to carry out an on-site inspection. Failure to carry out an on-site inspection by the Contractor will result in the rejection of its bid in accordance with Article 226(1)(18) of the Public Procurement Law.

7) The selected Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements set out in the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1083, as amended). A detailed scope of requirements in this area is included in the SWZ.
