Provision of high-speed inter and intra-hospital telecommunications links: The objective is to allow the secure exchange of data between all 9 institutions and in particular the operation of the inter-hospital laboratory GCS, geographically hosted in 5 hospitals. The links implemented should enable exchanges between all these establishments and their associated remote sites to be developed and simplified. Throughout the execution of the contract, it will have to be possible to implement changes in throughput according to the needs of each establishment and to add new geographical sites managed by these establishments.
