the contract relates to the treatment activities of part of the SMED Residual Household Waste (RMB) on one or more treatment sites proposed by the holder (s)

the form of the contract is a Framework Agreement within the meaning of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6 of the CP Code, concluded at unit prices per tonne excluding VAT and excluding VAT (Tgap). The services will be executed by issuing purchase orders with no minimum threshold and with a maximum in quantities of 40,000 tons of omr to be processed per year. As an indication, the quantity of omr to be treated is estimated at 28,000 tons per year. The Framework Agreement will be concluded with several economic operators (multi-tenant CA). The number of holders is set at 5, subject to a sufficient number of applicants and regular, appropriate and acceptable offers.
