The subject of the contract is the construction of the bypass of Poręba and Zawiercie along the national road No. 78 on the section in the town of Zawiercie (Kromołów – Żerkowice) from km 122+500 to km 129+969. The task will be carried out in the "Build" system.

The scope of the subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) reconstruction of existing roads in terms of collision with the ring road,

2) construction of roads other than the ring road, including: reconstruction of existing roads, construction of roads serving the areas adjacent to the investment,

3) construction or reconstruction of infrastructure for pedestrians and cyclists,

4) construction of an emergency crossing and emergency entrances to the ring road,

5) construction of two-sided bays for vehicle inspection,

6) construction of engineering structures along the ring road and along the roads crossing the ring road, including:

- district road No. 1730S - Harcerska Street,

- district road No. 1726S - Karlińska Street,

- district road No. 1725S - Szymona Szymonowica Street,

- agricultural crossing,

7) construction of a drainage system, including: road ditches, rainwater drainage, pre-treatment devices, retention tanks, retention and infiltration reservoirs,

8) construction of environmental protection devices, m.in.: acoustic protection, animal passages, ecological culverts with a protective and guiding fence, greenery,

9) reconstruction of conflicting equipment and networks of existing underground and above-ground infrastructure: teletechnical and energy equipment, water supply and sewage networks, gas networks,

10) demolition of buildings and buildings,

11) construction of a teletechnical network for the needs of the Ordering Party,

12) construction of road lighting,

13) construction of BRD devices, such as: marking, protective barriers, anti-glare shields and ring road fence,

14) connecting the section to the existing communication system,

15) strengthening of the ground to the extent adapted to soil and water conditions.

The Contracting Authority reserves the obligation of the Contractor to personally perform key tasks, i.e. the surface of the main route, including the manufacture and incorporation and execution of the remaining layers of the surface structure above the native soil (excavation) or embankment (embankment), excluding the supply of materials and services.

The contract referred to above is a contract with a value exceeding the PLN equivalent of the amount for construction works, i.e. EUR 20,000,000.
