Supply of fuel for the refueling of aircraft of the Corps of Port Authorities, by home delivery in the bases of assignment as well as for the airport handling service in national and foreign airports, for the purpose of stipulating pursuant to Legislative Decree. 18.04.2016 n. 50, article 54 and subsequent amendments, a framework agreement, lasting 36 months for a maximum amount of € 7,500,000.00, VAT and non-taxable excise duties pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, art. 8 – 8 bis, with the right for the Administration to exercise an option up to an additional € 7,500,000.00, VAT and non-taxable excise duties, for a maximum duration up to a further 36 months, as well as a possible extension for a period of time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the tender procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a period of time not exceeding six months and a maximum amount of € 1,250,000.00 VAT and excise duties not taxable.

Open procedure pursuant to d.lgs. 18.04.2016 n. 50, article 60 and subsequent amendments, for the supply of fuel for the refueling of the aircraft of the Corps of port authorities - Coast Guard, by home delivery in the bases of assignment as well as for the airport handling service in national and foreign airports, in order to stipulate pursuant to Legislative Decree. 18.04.2016 n. 50, article 54 et seq.a., a framework agreement, lasting 36 months for a maximum amount of € 7,500,000.00 i.v.a. and non-taxable excise duties pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, articles 8 – 8 bis, with the right for the Administration to exercise, pursuant to Article 1331 of the Civil Code, an option up to an additional € 7,500,000.00, VAT and non-taxable excise duties pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, articles 8 – 8 bis, for the maximum duration up to a further 36 months, as well as a possible extension for a period of time strictly necessary for the conclusion of the tender procedures necessary for the identification of a new contractor and in any case for a period of time not exceeding six months and a maximum amount of € 1,250,000.00 vat and non-taxable excise duties pursuant to Presidential Decree 633/72, Articles 8 – 8a.
