Redevelopment area "Krückau-Vormstegen", Elmshorn: Ground and foundation reports in the butter market area
The city of Elmshorn is planning to reorganize the Krückau-Vormstegen redevelopment area around the Elmshorn butter market. In this context, canals, supply lines, traffic facilities and outdoor facilities will be reorganized. For example, the existing street "Probstendamm" is to be relocated and the butter market redesigned.
For the redesign, ground surveys in the form of terrain and laboratory investigations are to be carried out and the contaminated site situation is to be examined in more detail. Along with this, the geological subsoil, the soil air and the groundwater at selected starting points along the current and planned routes and areas are to be investigated and recommendations for the construction of the canal constructions and the construction of the space are to be made. In addition, investigations of the asphalt sealing and the road substructure are to be carried out.
Various short pumping tests are also planned for the planning of water retention measures during construction. All results are to be evaluated according to the measures in three different geotechnical and environmental reports.
