Support of nuclear law supervision as an expert consulted in accordance with § 20 AtG in the field of assessment of issues relating to control and communication technology. A more detailed project description, in which the procurement project is explained in detail, is contained in the tender document "Service description".

Essentially, the contractor shall provide the following services:

- Supporting the nuclear regulatory authority in assessing the materiality of a modification within the meaning of Section 9 (1) sentence 2 AtG;

- Carrying out technical audits in connection with deviations from the PFB and related documents (EU/EC);

- Carrying out technical audits in connection with the preliminary examination of implementation plans;

- Carrying out technical tests of test programmes, in particular on the quality assurance measures during construction, on the acceptance and

functional tests as well as commissioning tests;

- Conducting/participating in periodic inspections for plant parts, systems and components;

- Monitoring of acceptances and accompanying inspections, which are carried out by the client or the manufacturer;

- Participation in on-site inspections and commissioning;

- Participation in expert discussions;

- Clarification and evaluation of special incidents.
