Awarding of planning services for object planning and technical equipment for the new conception of the road maintenance department in Haslach in the Kinzig valley
Lot 1 - Architectural/engineering servicesThe Ortenau District Office is planning the redesign of the premises of the road maintenance department in Haslach, Schleifmattstraße 8. In addition to the Achern, Lahr and Offenburg locations, the road maintenance department in Haslach is the fourth depot of the road maintenance services of the Offenburg district. The increased space required for parking options for the road maintenance department's fleet was the reason for a feasibility study, which was commissioned in 2020. A new vehicle parking garage is required to accommodate company vehicles and attachments.
As a result, the study concludes that the redesign of the company premises is the preferred variant and should be implemented in this way.
The implementation of this new concept is to take place in 3 construction phases.
The planning services required for these measures are part of the award procedure. 2 lots will be awarded:
Lot 1: Object planning of buildings and interiors LPH 1 - 9
Lot 2: Technical equipment HLSE LPH 1 – 9
