Larvik municipality will procure a turnkey system for IP and mobile telephony including mobile data traffic and a switchboard. A contract will be signed with one tenderer.

Duration 4 + 1 + 1 + 1 years.

Larvik Port, Kulturhuset Bølgen, iFokus Holding and Larvik Church Council have the option to join the contract.

Additional information: The deadline for questions for the qualification phase is 14 March.

All documents are stored in Phase I of the competition, and relevant documents are copied to Phase II when that phase starts.

The services will include:

- Speech

- Traffic within and to foreign countries

- Mobile data traffic

- SMS and MMS

- M2M, with and without speech

- M2M, with and without permanent IP

- Mobile VPN (Private APN)

The list of services is not exhaustive.

Systems and any integrations must be able to be used with the contracting authority's office support system Google Workspace, for example integrating Google Calendar with switchboard systems.
