The consultation procedure is an open invitation to tender pursuant to Articles R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code.

Its purpose is to provide services related to the animal facility located in the premises of the Gustave Roussy building of the Cochin Institute of Paris, the Inserm Joint Research Center, the CNRS and the Paris Descartes University.

These services concern the carrying out of operations of human, technical, administrative and exploitation management of the animal breeding factory with the EOPS status of the platform of the pet shops of the Cochin Institute of Paris.

This contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders in accordance with articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-4 and articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code public order.

Benefits are defined in the contract's CCP.

They are broken down into three distinct services:

- the provision of an operational manager, responsible for the pet shop and team leader,

- zootechnicians: healers and laundry workers,

- the punctual astreintes.
