SOW/Type and scope of the object of order:

Fundamental renewal Sudetenstraße

The order includes service phases 1 to 9 on the basis of § 43 and §47 HOAI 2021.

As a special service, the order is part of the order and are particularly remunerated:

- Submitting a grant application

- creation of inventory plans

- Coordinating piping planning

- application for an introductory permit for a RUE

- creation of a where-used list

- Local construction management

The construction sector is located in the area of the road “Sudetenstraße” in Biebertal-Rodheim-Bieber. The entire expansion length is approximately 900 metres and the fundamental renewal of the entire public transport area is planned.

The total gross traffic area is approximately 10,000 square meters.

In addition, the water pipe and the canal are being renewed in the construction sector.

It is intended to replace water pipe with a length of approx. 900m.

The channel is to be subseded over a length of 920m.

During the construction project, the house connections are checked and rehabilitated if necessary.

Angular blocks are also installed in the construction sector for slope protection over a length of approx. 100m. Railings are installed in sections as a fall protection device.

Planting areas are also to be planned.

The estimated net construction costs for Section 43 are €1,600,000.

The estimated net construction costs for Section 47 are €1,200,000.

It is intended to conclude an agreement for the complete services, but to call up or commission them in a graded manner according to HOAI phases including the associated special services.

The entire measure is to be funded by Hesse-Mobil, which is why the requirements that are developed with the funding authority must be integrated into the planning.

The structural implementation is planned for 2022 and 2023.
