The Hague University of Applied Sciences (The HHs) is looking for consultants and designers who can help The HHs in the coming years with the sustainability of its buildings, their maintenance and renovations. The contracts integral strategic advice, project management (incl. cost advice) and installation advice (incl. building physics, acoustics and fire safety) are tendered at European level, with a restricted procedure, with first a selection phase and then an award phase. There-about this selection guide. The contract for architectural design and advice (architecture, structural elaboration and construction advice falls outside the scope of this tender. This will be tendered separately (per project) at a later date.

This selection guide deals with the selection phase and contains more information about the contract and the project (Chapter 2), the tendering procedure (Chapter 3), what the requirements and criteria are (Chapter 4) and what further conditions apply (Chapter 5).
