1. The subject of the contract is: provision of a service consisting in the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the municipality of Nekla in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided by the Ordering Party into the following two parts:

(a) PART I: Collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste — unsorted (mixed) waste.

(b) PART II – Collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste – segregated (selective) waste.

Collection, transport and management of municipal solid waste with the code 20 03 01 – non-segregated waste (mixed) – from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Nekla in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024

Collection, transport and handling of municipal solid waste with codes 15 01 01 (paper and cardboard packaging), 15 01 06 (mixed packaging waste), 15 01 07 (glass packaging); 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste – biowaste) from owners of real estate residing in the municipality of Nekla and municipal waste collected selectively at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from real estate inhabited in the municipality of Nekla in the period from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
