Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit and fixed prices. This is an operating contract with partial major maintenance, within the meaning of the "Guide to the drafting of public contracts for heating operations" approved by Decision No. 2007-17 of 4 May 2007 (recommendations replacing the requirements of the C.C.T.G. No. 2008 approved by Order in Council dated November 26, 1987). This consultation includes the terms P2 and P3 as defined in the Guide cited above. The contract covered by the contract includes:- driving, routine servicing, maintenance and troubleshooting services for the heating, ventilation and ECS production installations concerned, including small supplies and consumables (P2)- partial P3 major maintenance corresponding to the renewal of part of the defective or end-of-life equipment (supplies and labour), in the context of controlled work
