General planning services

The subject of this procedure is the award of a general planning service for the new construction of a fire station in 31789 Hameln/OT Klein-Berkel at Ottostraße 1 on the basis of a service description. The new construction of the fire station is to be completed by the end of 2025. The new building is planned for 2 vehicle stands and for approx. 30 male and approx. 10 female firefighters of the volunteer fire brigade. In addition, there are about 12 youth firefighters.

There is a space program. The requirements program of the fire station covers a total usable area of approx. 440 m². In the outdoor space, approx. 4750 m² of open spaces are to be planned.
